More skunk adventures

deborahjrossThe skunk man has come and gone, leaving us with many interesting details about skunks. Were it not for the smell, they would make welcome guests, as they are effective rodent hunters. Our tactic is "exclusion," that is, placing wire fencing around any place they could possibly get under the house (and garage and sheds). Dave will do the work, first to exclude skunks, then smaller beasties like mice and also bees. Them killer bees are a'comin' and we'd rather they not make nests under our house. Do bees do that? I don't know.
And the smell is almost completely gone. Hooray!
