No sooner do I send off page proofs for The Heir of Khored, the third volume of The Seven-Petaled Shield than I glance at my calendar and realize the appointment with the tax guy is next Tuesday and I haven't even started! Fortunately, I tuck receipts in appropriate folders as I go along, ditto keeping up with Quicken. My version thereof is so old, I have to hand enter stuff, but that helps keep me aware of where we are in our budget as we go along.

So the greater part of today has been eaten, but I'm at about the place where I can start entering numbers in the worksheet.
