Remember that neighbor who complained of all those symptoms caused by Smart Meters?

davetrow called PG & E to find out why he couldn't access our Smart Meter data online. Guess what? (Okay, I'll tell you...)

The Smart Meters in our neighborhood aren't transmitting yet. The meter reader comes around and reads them manually. Eventually, they'll get the networky thingie up and running, but so far, it ain't.

Color me Even More Boggled.
