Online workshop suggestions, please?

I've gotten queries from 3 or 4 novice writers who are at the stage of needing feedback. I know there are a bunch of online workshops, but I haven't kept track of them. I think sff.net has one -- is that "Critters"? or something else. Anything on LJ? So... help!
