A slow day

deborahjrossEither I've been overextending myself or I'm fighting some evil bug (although I don't feel ill, just moving slowly).
Finally got through the "stuck place" in THE SEVEN-PETALED SHIELD, but not flying again yet. Still, I'm 18 pages into Chapter 37. These chapters are running about 25-30 pages. There will be one more, perhaps two or one plus epilog. Then major tear-apart of the last 1/3. There's so much to flesh out, but I think I got the landmarks and plot skeleton right.
Meanwhile, I'm trying to be gentle, pay attention to the rhythm of my energy. May go into town with a friend tomorrow to see SERENITY. Inner child wants to play.
