it's ... alive!

deborahjrossI'm home from ConDor, after an 11 hour drive, then a day of tending to the minimum email, finances, refilling the fridge, cooking beans for a giant pot of chili, springing the dog from doggie jail (boarding at the vet's), attending a 2 hour Quaker committee meeting, finishing chemo hat for friend, now about to fall over. One more day at home remains to settle email stuff and prepare writing project to work on while traveling, and then I'm off to Portland.
ConDor was loads of fun, saw many wonderful people, had many wonderful panels and chats and meals and dances. Mysterious Galaxy had ordered Lace and Blade 2 but it hadn't come yet; I put out copies of the first volume on their table on consignment, and they all sold.
Contributors copies of #2 were waiting for me, so I'll try to get them out in the mail tomorrow. They are very yummy.
Will try to post more tomorrow, but if I don't get to it, know I am thinking of you.
