At the same time, I think it's important that _someone_ needs to keep track of everything that happens. This is a deliberate tactic - flooding the world with outrages lesser and greater so that nobody can keep up (as far as I can see, every appointment so far goes to someone who wants to dismantle their department). Someone needs to witness, to collect data, to correlate it across media, to keep timelines and contradictions.

That someone need not be you, and if it stops you from being functional, it ought not to be you.
