deborahjrossGreetings from Mt. Shasta. The drive up was smooth in terms of traffic and brutal in terms of heat. 109oF! We (my daughter Sarah and her partner Kae) started making jokes about a coming Ice Age when it dropped to 107! We're staying at the Dream Inn, a lovely B & B, currently enjoying the cooling night breezes. Kae is painting Sarah's toenails. I am discovering all the things I forgot. Hat, nightgown, reading glasses. Either I will get creative, or I will go shopping -- or maybe there's no difference.
