A lost day.

After several immensely productive writing days, today feels like a loss. My appointment to get the gas pedal on my Prius "modified" took 2 1/2 hours instead of 1 and I've been running on low blood sugar ever since. Monday won't be much better as I have a CT scan at 1 and have to fast for 3 hours beforehand and drink quantities of barium suspension. The tech said it would taste either like oranges or coconut, depending on my taste buds. So I won't get lunch until 2, a recipe for disaster.

Feh. I think I'll make some notes on yesterday's writing-afterthoughts and go knit something.
